Description

As a CDR media editor I want to be able to optionally add a comment when I enter demographic information so that I can record and track important processing information

 

Acceptance Criteria

Scenario: The CDR has the ability to add a comment element

Given I am a CDR media editor

  And I have permission to modify media documents

 When I enter demographic information in a media document

Then I want to be able to also add comments within the demographic information block
