As noted in OCECDR-5143, the links from each new and revised HP summary title to the changes section of the summary are broken (and instead, we're brought to the top of the page). It looks like the URL in the report includes the word "section/" but the live URL does not, so that may be the issue.

live site URL for the changes section is: https://www.cancer.gov/types/bladder/hp/bladder-screening-pdq#_60
I've sent you a fresh set with this bug fixed. Please verify that it does what you want.
We included this change in other updates to the GovDelivery report published around Nov 1 (OCECDR-5143), so this can be closed.
