When the user runs the "Checked Out Documents" report, on the first page is a drop-down list with users and the number of documents they have locked. When a specific user is selected the documents locked by this user are listed.
The number listed for the drop-down and the number of documents displayed aren't always identical because the first query includes deleted documents while the second one does not.
We should discuss if we should include deleted documents and then adjust one of the queries to be consistent.
Thanks for entering the ticket for this one. I have noticed this behavior in the past but I thought we took care of it in
OCECDR-4550 ?

~oseipokuw, the issue looked very familiar to me and I thought, too, that we had already fixed the issue. I searched for the ticket but couldn't find anything. From the comments of OCECDR-4550 it appears that we did indeed fix the issue (or tried to fix it) but the changes didn't make it into production. When Bob prepared all of the reports for the Python 3 conversion part of the Kepler release, he modified the script based on the version available in production. So, it seems that we both made changes but his changes won out. 🙂
Based on the comments in the linked issue I do have my answer of how to modify the report and I will be able to fix it.
