This has been implemented and installed on CDR DEV, and pushed to
ncias-d2433-v (ElasticSearch dev) and the dictionary tables in
the pdq_dictionaries
tables on ncidb-d202-v.

~volker the only thing
remaining to be done is to modify the post-processing filter to remove
the ExtraDefinitionLinks
wrapper tag for the PDQ data
partners.
The filter to remove the wrapper tag has been modified and tested on DEV and QA.
We'll close this after the new drug dictionary app is deployed to production.
