CDR Tickets

That's a gatekeeper problem, so not much we can do about it.

Now that we're pointing at dev-blue, which doesn't have the problem QA had with this image, it's displaying correctly in publish preview. However, this highlights the fact that it's not just glossary PP where we're dependent on dev-blue. 🙁

Crystal is still reporting this as a problem. I pasted her comment below. I don't completely understand your comment, Bob, so let's discuss this in the status meeting.

"I reviewed Late Effects and Childhood Vascular Tumors in Pub Preview and I still have an image in each summary that is not appearing. Figure 3 for Late Effects and Figure 4 for Childhood Vascular Tumors."

I am unable to reproduce the problem.

I looked further into this issue. It really is a GateKeeper problem. The HTML for the summary preview has the correct link to https://www-blue-dev.cancer.gov/images/cdr/live/CDR797854-750.jpg but GateKeeper on that tier doesn't have the image. On PROD the same URL (pointing to the production GateKeeper) finds the image (https://www-blue-dev.cancer.gov/images/cdr/live/CDR797854-750.jpg). When I reached out to the WCMS team they said they don't have the bandwidth to investigate right now, and GateKeeper's going away soon. So unless ~volker has any more light to shed, I'm not sure what else we can do. Again, the CDR software is producing the correct markup for the summary preview.

~juther: I think that this problem is now resolved with the enhancement from OCECDR-4686 (that's largely why I pulled that ticket into Kepler, so we could avoid this GateKeeper failure altogether). Please have Crystal verify. I assume she was talking about the HP summary for Childhood Vascular Tumors.

Thanks, Bob! Yes, it was the HP Childhood Vascular Tumors summary and the HP Late Effects of Treatment for Childhood Cancer summary.

Both summaries look good to me but I've asked Crystal to confirm. Will move this to QA verified if she agrees.
