This request is for the Spanish definitions only. When there are more than two synonyms, a comma is added before the "y" preceding the last synonym. Please, modify the filters so that no comma comes before the "y" that precedes the last synonym. Example, if there are three synonyms, synonym1, synonym2, synonym3. Display them as follows: synonym1, synonym2 y synonym3. I have also attached the definition for lumpectomia below.
The following file has been updated to adjust the punctuation for the Spanish terms:
