When running the ReindexByDocType.py script I'm getting an error
message at the end of the run:
Traceback (most recent call last):
File "ReindexByDocType.py", line 23, in <module>
resp = cdr.reindex("guest", doc_id, tier=opts.tier)
File "C:\cdr\lib\python\cdr.py", line 2293, in reindex
raise Exception(error)
Exception: No audit trail for document creation
This error showed up on QA and STAGE but not on PROD.
Two questions:
Have you tried with the latest Kepler code?
Which document type(s) were you trying?
I'm pretty certain I didn't run the tool since Kepler has been installed.
I don't remember. Most likely one of Summary, Glossary, or Media doc.
I ran the script with the latest Kepler code for multiple document types and tier settings. There were no errors.
😃
Ready for UAT.
It's running OK on QA.
