The Checked Out Documents report appears to have several deleted documents checked out. Below is the email thread with Volker about this issue.

It seems that this report is including documents even though the documents have been deleted. I’m not sure if it makes sense to list the number of locked documents but not display those in the report. We should either exclude those from the count or include the document on the report.

Hi Bob and Volker,
I am just wondering if it is okay for filesweeper uility program to have
several documents checked out? It looks like the documents are media
documents that have the files deleted. Also, the documents checkout
report indicates that Volker has one document locked but it doesn’t show
which document it is.

Thank you for entering the ticket, ~oseipokuw.
In my email I mentioned that the way the report is currently working
isn't consistent. The number of deleted documents is included in the
count but the deleted documents are not displayed on the final report.
We still need to decide which way to adjust the report.
Do we
want the deleted documents included in the count and the report or
want the deleted documents excluded from the count since they aren't shown on the report currently?
Let's go with the second option. If the documents have been deleted then there is no need to include them in the count or the report.
The report has been modified on DEV. The following file has been updated:

I was surprised to see this ticket pop up. The ticket is old at this point and outdated. The program had been rewritten by Bob's Kepler release modifications.
I will close this issue as OBE.
