Please modify the display of image(s) in the GTC QC report for both the English and Spanish sections so that images are not displayed in a table with blue/purple background. Display images the same way they display in the Glossary Term Concept – Full QC Report (for consistency).

I'm all for consistency! How far do you want to go? The GTC Full QC report has a 30/70 split for the label/content column. The GTC QC report uses a 35/65 split.
Are you looking to have this adjusted, too, or just the display of the images for now?
The following filters have been modified to eliminate the purple background for the images:
CDR613261: Glossary Term Concept QC Report filter
CDR339576: Module: InLine Markup Formatter
This is ready for review on DEV.
The changes are in my local repository [cdr4460-gtc].
Just modifying the display of the images is fine.
