When logging into QA, we sometimes get the new window with all the 4 CDR tiers listed and other times, we get a window with just the 3 tiers listed. It appears the loader is switching between the old and the new windows but with no apparent pattern. This has happened to about 3 of us. I just experienced this at about 11:00 am today even though the window changed the first first time I logged (several days ago) and I have seen the new window before. The loader appears to have switched me back to the old window. I have attached screenshots of both windows.
Hi ~oseipokuw, I think it is dependent on which tier you last logged into. If you last logged into QA, then you will receive the new, 4-tier login screen. If you last logged into PROD, you will receive the current 3-tier login screen.
Right. That toggling back and forth will no longer happen once Gauss has been deployed to all the tiers.
