Description

Please change "OCCM" to "OCC" on the Main Menu in both places.

Please change the list of Summary QC Reports (available on the Board Managers' page and on the Summaries and Misc Docs Reports page under CIAT/OCCM Staff>Reports) as follows:

1. Please change "Bold/Underline (HP/Old Patient)" to "Bold/Underline (HP)".
2. Please change "Redline/Strikeout (HP/Old Patient)" to "Redline/Strikeout (HP)".
3. Please change "New Patient" to "Redline/Strikeout (Patient)" and make this #4.
4. Please add "Bold/Underline (Patient)" as a new option and make this #3.
5. Please keep Publish Preview as is (but make it #5).

The page subtitle still says "CIAT/OCCM Staff". Please change to "CIAT/OCC"
