Please generate a report, similar to the one you generated in
OCECDR-4226, of all mismatched preferred names between the CDR Terms and
the NCI Thesaurus concepts. Include the following (new) columns,
Semantic Type and CTGovInterventionType.
It would be helpful if you can make the CDR ID column link to the Term
QC report and the Concept Preferred Name column link to the term in the
thesaurus.
About 1/5 of the CDR Term documents have a different preferred name than the thesaurus has. A small handful of the terms (most or all at the bottom of the report) didn't get a hit for the concept ID. Presumably that means that they were pulled from a provisional or non-published version of the thesaurus. Another explanation would be that the concept documents used to exist in the thesaurus but were pulled, but that explanation seem much less likely, given that they all appear to have higher numbers.
