The page at https://gpmailers.cancer.gov/cgi-bin/ListGPEmailers exposes a list of names and email addresses.
Implemented on DEV. Deployment includes:
install modified cgi-bin files
install new $PYTHONPATH/cdrutil.py
make sure /usr/local/cdr/log/cdr.log exists and is world-writable
Verified on QA.
