Description

There appears to be a problem with the display of LOERefs in the B/U report for Spanish summaries on PROD. This appears to happen to only existing data. New data entered appears to display fine. This affects only Spanish summaries.

Would you be able to add the CDR ID for both types of summaries, one with new data and one with existing data?

256672 - New data
588641 - Old data

I have also added a screenshot with a highlight of the new data.

Before I try to find the spot in the document you've used for your screenshot could you please point me to the exact location? (CDR-ID, Section title or ID, ...)

I do see that the LOERefs are missing in these documents but I don't understand how this could affect some links but not others.

It looks like this problem is not limited to BU reports as the title suggests but is showing up for BU and RS reports.

Can you take a look on DEV? I've updated a filter that only fired if the LOERef was within Insertion markup.

Filter modified: CDR0000339576.xml - Module: InLine Markup Formatter

They show on DEV in both QC reports. Thanks!

Could you please test these LOERefs with and without Insertion and Deletion markup in English/Spanish?

I will go ahead and start the initial job for the diff reports on QA and once those are successful we can move the filter change to STAGE and PROD.

We checked many summaries and they all appear to be fine on DEV.

I ran the diff reports on QA and it appeared that only the LOERef links were modified.
I've updated the changed filter on STAGE.

When should we expect this fix on PROD ?

Have you had a chance to spot-check the changes on QA or STAGE? If everything looks OK I can update the filter on PROD.

The following filter has been replaced on PROD:

  • R14042: Module: InLine Markup Formatter (CDR0000339576)

Please verify the and close this ticket.
