On PROD, I've noticed that the /cdr/Reports directory doesn't get cleared by the FileSweeper. For instance, the weekly report "ICRDBStats_2014-07-01T060000.html" exists until July 2014.
I suggest to archive anything that's older than a year.
This ticket is OBE. The changes had already been done as part of Gauss or Hawking. The content of the \CDR\Reports directory is kept for 2 years before it gets archived.
