We've added the new URL attribute to the elements RelatedSummaryRef and RelatedDrugInfoSummaryRef but these attributes have no value for the licensees. We therefore want to remove the attributes from the licensee output.
The following two files have been updated and tested on QA:
R13546: CG2Publish.py
R13545: CDR0000609947.xml (Vendor Filter: Convert CG to Public Data)
The filter and the program have been replaced in production as part of the WCMS Feline release.
