Description

The publishing job running on the FTP server is assuming all document type to always exist. This is true to active InScopeProtocols as well since these documents were stored in a separate directory.
Last week all remaining active InScopeProtocols have been cleaned up causing the publishing job to fail

This has been manually fixed in production in order to run the publishing job but it will still need to be updated in SVN and all of the tiers.

I've updated all files that needed to be changed on the FTP server. Nothing has been versioned at this time.

The file location on the server is

/home/cdroperator/prod/lib/pdq_files.txt

The file location in subversion is

/home/volker/branches/Ampere/Production/prod/vendor/pdq_files.txt

The changes - including removal of the closed InScopeProtocol file - have been copied to subversion:

  • R13205: pdq_files.txt
    The file is located at

    ~cdroperator/Production/prod/vendor

Since nobody is able to test this I'll add a comment here:
I've ran the FTP migration script and confirmed that the newversion of the pdq_files.txt file has been copied.
However, the file has a new location and it now lives at

~cdroperator/prod/lib/pdq_files.txt

The publishing job ran successfully on the FTP server.

Closing issue.
