Palbociclib (CDR768870) was made publishable on Tuesday, 2/10. There are a few funny occurrences in the DIS on Cancer.gov this morning:
1. The text "Palbociclib is approved to be used with" and "Palbociclib is also being studied in the treatment of other types of" appear as links (red underline) but they are not links.
2. The remainder of each of the sentences referenced in #1 appears on a separate line.
3. The approved indication (Breast cancer) appears on a separate line from its bullet.
I'm attaching a screenshot from IE. The appearance is better in Firefox, although #1 (text appearing as linked) is still a problem. From what I can tell, this looks OK in the CDR so it appears to be a Cancer.gov issue.
Adding Diana as a watcher.
Filed ticket https://tracker.nci.nih.gov/browse/OCEPROJECT-2247.
I just looked at the DrugInfo summary and it looks good in FF and Chrome on the bastion host. it appears to only look bad on IE.
The WCMS team just closed OCEPROJECT-2247, which I assume means that you should be able to test this in production.
Thanks, Bob. I am not seeing the changes on the live site. Does the fix require us to republish the DIS's with problems?
Bob, I don't think that is the correct conclusion. The WCMS team is
using a different workflow than the CDR team. I believe an issue is
closed once it's successfully tested on QA and not once it's
successfully tested on PROD.
I'm not certain about it but given Robin's comment that she isn't seeing
the change on PROD I think I'm not too far off.
I talked to Blair. This fix was part of the WCMS hot-fix that went live on Wednesday/Thursday. I reprocessed the Palbociclib DIS and it looks good in IE again. What's left to do is to reprocess all of the DIS on Gatekeeper but I don't know how to do this. I'll talk to Aarti next week to reprocess everything.
I checked a few of the drug info summaries on Cancer.gov, and some still have display problems:
http://www.cancer.gov/cancertopics/druginfo/recombinant-HPV-nonavalent-vaccine
http://www.cancer.gov/cancertopics/druginfo/blinatumomab
http://www.cancer.gov/cancertopics/druginfo/nivolumab
(see bullets under MedlinePlus)
http://www.cancer.gov/cancertopics/druginfo/lanreotideacetate
(see bullets under MedlinePlus)
I thought the DIS had been reprocessed, but maybe they haven't yet.
I'm afraid there were multiple problems with the patch of which only one of them - the one indicated in the screenshot - have been fixed. I've reprocessed blinatumomab and this looks good now with the exception of the list being displayed like a link. This problem, however, would be resolved as part of the NVCG release since the created HTML for Drug Infos doesn't include these additional anchor tag links.
Blinatumomab had been reprocessed but it finished with a warning. I reprocessed it again which resulted in the better display now. I'm going to reprocess all of the DIS from the last batch that finished with a warning.
Thanks, Volker! Let me know if I should file a separate ticket for the problem with the list.
Oh wait, nevermind. You just said that will go away with NVCG.
This problem has been fixed in Devon Rex, according to Blair.
So that means the Drug Info summaries will display properly when NVCG launches?
Perhaps Volker can give us a lesson on the feline terminology in the WCMS world - I'm a little fuzzy on the subject (more of a dog person myself). :-)
This can at least move to QA verified since we verified it in NVCG testing last week. We need to confirm everything looks okay on the live site.
Verified on cancer.gov.
