The CTGov download job has failed two days in a row. The latest error message is below:
Failure downloading core set using http://clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/results?term=(cancer+OR+lymphedema+OR+myelodysplastic+syndromes+OR+neutropenia+OR+aspergillosis+OR+mucositis)+[CONDITION]OR(cancer+OR+neoplasm)[DISEASE]OR(National+Cancer+Institute)[SPONSOR-COLLABORATORS]&studyxml=true: [Errno 10054] An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host
Volker has been leading the charge for this problem with CBIIT. I've assigned this ticket to him.
Increased the priority of this issue to Critical. We've had 3 days in a row without a successful download:

It looks like someone ran the job manually last night so we received and marked all the new trials that were in the queue, to be imported. However, the program failed again this morning so the new ones we marked last night to be imported did not come in. Would it be possible to manually run the program again today?
Yes, we ran the job manually and therefore cancelled the nightly job. The nightly job will be enabled again for the weekend.

Yes, it's OK to close this now. I've talked to David regarding the corresponding ticket with the WEBTEAM. We will keep the ticket open for at least another week to ensure the process is working without problems but David is telling me he doesn't know how to trouble shoot any network problems on his end.
