Description

Please create a new report for mailers that have been marked as bounced:

i.The output should be in MS Excel.
ii.Include only active documents. That is, documents that have not been blocked from publication. If they have been blocked from publication, please exclude them from this report.
iii. Sort by the CDR ID of the Person. This will be the primary sort (please see attached spreadsheet).
iv. Sort by Mailed Date. This is the secondary sort under each person (please see attached spreadsheet).
v. There shouldn’t be a limit to the number of mailers marked as bounced that are displayed. That is, if only one mailer has been marked as bounced display it. If ten mailers have been marked as bounced display all of them.

The columns for the spreadsheet are:
i. CDR ID Person
ii. Full Name
iii. Email Address
iv. Mailed Date
v. Date Marked as Bounced

I was able to successfully download a copy but it won't let me download another copy. It comes up with the following error message:

502 - Web server received an invalid response while acting as a gateway or proxy server.
There is a problem with the page you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed. When the Web server (while acting as a gateway or proxy) contacted the upstream content server, it received an invalid response from the content server.

Is it possible to display only the first occurrence of the Person CDR ID? If not, that is okay.

Is it possible to display only the first occurrence of the Person CDR ID?

Didn't see that in the original requirements. Report modified.

I was able to successfully download a copy but it won't let me download another copy.

I can't reproduce this problem. Is it still happening?

No. I am able to retrieve the report now without any problems. Could you please place the report on the Admin Menu, under Mailers?

The dates (Mailed Date and Date Marked as Bounced) columns appear not to have correct data. Most of the mailed dates are in 2010 and the Date Marked as Bounced has dates mostly in 2011. I was expecting real data. It appears to have the same problem on DEV but I missed that. Sorry.

You're aware that each tier has its own database, right? Were you expecting data that would only be present on PROD?

Comment entered 2014-04-15 15:14:11 by Osei-Poku, William (NIH/NCI) [C]

Hmm. I do know that each tier has its own database. But is the database not refreshed with data from PROD when you do refresh? How does it work? Somehow, I thought I would see data from PROD since QA and DEV had been refreshed not too long ago.
I went ahead and marked new documents as bounced and I can now see more recent data.

The database refresh which was performed recently was for the SQL Server cdr database. We have never propagated the databases on the Linux servers between tiers.
