We would like to attach a supplemental Word document to the Editorial Board Comprehensive Review Letter correspondence mailer (CDR 733868). This document is attached.
Please fill in the appropriate Board manager name, e-mail, and phone number on the final page of the attachment when the mailer is generated. Thanks.
Ready for user testing on DEV.
I'm having a hard time getting this to open in DEV. (The mailer runs, I copy and paste the e-mail link into my browser on DEV, but then the RTF file won't open.)
When we last looked at this mailer in the status meeting, I believe the signature block was centered rather than left-justified.
I fixed the centering problem. Please test.

I couldn't reproduce the problem with opening the RTF on the DEV bastion host. I opened Firefox on that machine, and pasted in the address https://cdr.dev.cancer.gov/cgi-bin/cdr/GetBoardMemberLetters.py?job=11605 (which I got in the email report), chose Word (for some reason the default is Notepad) and it opened right up. I'll stop by tomorrow and look at it with you if you're still experiencing the problem.
Bob identified a workaround for opening mailers on DEV. I'll submit a
help desk ticket for the problem but in the meantime I'm following these
steps:
1. Right-click on the RTF link.
2. Copy shortcut.
3. Open Firefox.
4. Paste link.
I've verified this mailer on DEV.
Verified on QA. The workaround described above (for DEV) was not needed on QA.
Verified on prod.
