Could you please generate an ad hoc query that retrieves all CDR
documents that have the ExternalRef element? Display the following in
the columns:
CDR ID, Title, URL, Display Text, Source Title
Sort by Document Type
For summaries, the Title should be the SummaryTitle.
For GTC and other document types, the Title could be the DocTitle.
The Display Text should be the text within the <ExternalRef> </ExternalRef> elements.
The URL should be the URL in the cdr:xref attribute
And the Source Title should be picked up from the SourceTitle attribute
ExternalRef elements are currently not indexed. We will have to re-index the entire database before we can run these queries and that might take some time.
That is no problem. No rush.
Never mind, the last comment was incorrect information. The cdr:xref attribute is already indexed for all document types.
What should be the name of this report?
Are there any documents with the SourceTitle element populated? If that's not the case we won't have to re-index the documents at this point.
Yes, I was right the first time. I didn't realize you wanted the content of the ExternalRef element displayed as well. For this information to show up we actually do need to re-index the documents.
The query has been added to the ad-hoc menu as
All Documents with ExternalRef Element
Please take a look and let me know if this is what you were looking for.
Looks good. Thank you!!!
