We have discussed making a few changes to the combined Board roster report.
1. Right now, the report generates an alphabetical list of all board
members and their contact information, with each listing followed by the
name of the board(s) they are on.
We're wondering if it would be feasible to have the option to run the
report by Board, such that all of the adult treatment members are
grouped, all of the genetics members are grouped, etc.
2. We would also like to add a summary sheet option, which would have the same list of display options that we have for the individual Board roster report (including the new option to show the government employee status - see OCECDR-3330). It would be nice if this could also either list every Board member alphabetically or have the results grouped by Board.

Two questions for issue (1):
1) Do you still want to have all boardmembers displayed
or are you expecting
to select one or more boards to be included on the report?
2) Do you just want to change the sorting of the existing report or do
you
also want to list a heading for each of the individual boards when
the
sort order gets changed?

A version of item (1) has been implemented on MAHLER with
BoardRosterFull.py
Before I continue I'll wait for the answer to my earlier question since option (1) and (2) will probably need to be handled the same.

All Board members. (We would select either Editorial Boards or Advisory Boards - as we can do now)

Please add a heading – the Board name – above each batch of Board members in the report.

Since we'll have a heading above each group of Board members, please remove the Board names that currently follow each individual Board member.

This option has been implemented.

I have a few questions regarding this second option:
a) Do you want those two options implemented under (1) also to be
available for
this summary sheet?
i) Summary sheet for all members
ii) Summary sheet for all members grouped by board
b) If the answer to (a),(ii) is 'Yes', do you want the grouped
boards displayed with the board name as the header for each group as in
(1)?
Should this be a single table including everything or a table for
each
of the boards?
c) You mentioned to use the same summary sheet options as for the
'Roster by
Board' report. We don't display the board name for that report since
the
board is being selected at the beginning.
Do you want me to display a column with the board name for this
report
in addition to all of the other columns?
If so should the column for the board name be optional or displayed for
each
record?

Yes, if we opt to have the results grouped, please include a header for each Board name (could be a row above the members of that Board)

A single table, please.

Yes, let's add the Board name as another optional column for this report.

The program has gone through its transformation to double the number
of report options and the summary sheets are now available. The program
that had been modified was
BoardRosterFull.py
This is ready for review on MAHLER.

Verified on Bach, but could we make one tiny change? I'd like to change the default to remove the check beside "Phone". Please keep the one beside "Board name". Thanks.
