As discussed in OCECDR-3237 we would like to change the DocTitle filters for media documents in order to decipher between images and dictionary pronunciations in media documents, since these could have the same MediaTitle.
The DocTitle filter should be created as follows:
MediaTitle; category; file type
The category refers to the set of values in the category element in the Media Content section of the document.
The file type refers to the set of values in one of three elements: Image Encoding, Sound Encoding, or Video Encoding. (depending on whether the attached media is an image, sound, or video file)
Please note the dependency of this issue on OCECDR-3361 which discusses how we use the category element. Since that could change, we should discuss these two issues together in the next status meeting.

The DocTitle filter for media documents has been modified on
MAHLER.
CDR415359 - DocTitle for Media
This is ready for review on MAHLER (pending changes from OCECDR-3361)

I looked a few media documents on Mahler, but don't see the category and file type in the doc titles. Where should I be looking?

This looks good on Mahler. Volker explained to me that the image documents had to be saved to pick up the changes to the doctitle filter.
We should probably wait to promote this until the licensees are notified of the changes.
Note: we will need to "save" all of the existing media docs to pick up the filter change once this is promoted to Bach.

Can you give me an example? They look good to me.

I'm not sure what this means. The code creating the Media documents constructed the DocTitle values as requested, and so did the DocTitle filter that was in place when the job was run on Mahler.

Robin was looking at Media documents representing images. I showed
her the audio files and explained that the modified DocTitle filter
first would need to be applied to the image files by saving the
documents in order for the DocTitle to be updated to the new
format.
The audio files are all as they should be.

The DocTitle filter for media documents has been copied to FRANCK and
BACH:
CDR415359 - DocTitle for Media - R10118
Please verify on BACH and close this bug.

All of the audio files are created with the new doc title.
We may want to think about re-saving the existing image files in order
to update the document title.
