When a B/u QC report is generated for HP Summaries, citations are correctly displayed in the HTML page. But when using the Edit with Microsoft Office Word is selected in IE, the resulting word document suppresses the citations by default. The following text is

“References:
Note: Citation display suppressed”

For example: use the Oral complications of Chemotherapy and Head/Neck Radiation summary [CDR0000062870]

You must open Word first before you can convert the document successfully!

This is a known Microsoft bug that had already been addressed as part of earlier issues. Please see OCECDR-2918 for instance.

I tried it and it worked. Thanks!
As a side note, it takes an unusually long time to convert compared to when Word is not already open. Thanks!

Define 'unusually long' in this context. You have to expect a longer convert time because Word is actually converting more text.

I've noticed that it's best to first close the document you may have open before you're starting the conversion. You may want to try that yourself.
