As discussed, we would like to add another option to show "No comments" to the RLSO and B/U QC reports for HP and patient summaries.

We would also like to change the default selection from "External" to "Internal (no permanent)" for the PATIENT QC reports only.

Thanks!

Verified the functionality of the new "no comments" option on BACH.

The default options appear to be off though – I'm seeing "internal" checked for the health professional RLSO and B/U reports and both "internal" and "external" checked (I don't think this is even possible?) for the patient RLSO and B/U qc reports.

Is it correct that you want the default for Patient reports to be "Internal" but for HP reports "External"?

I noticed there was actually a bug in the way the default options were set.
This is now fixed on MAHLER but I'd like you to check out the report again for those default options.

This is ready for review on MAHLER.
