We discussed in today's CDR meeting about the need to create a new element within the CTGov Transfer Info Block of the InScopeProtocol document type, which will be used to identify the set of cooperative group trials that need not be converted into CTGov documents. These are trials we will later be importing from CTRP (They will only need to be transferred in the PRS).

Bob:

I know you will need to modify the software to not convert these cooperative group trials that will be assigned the new element. Should I create a new issue for that task or I should modify the title of this issue to reflect the software changes? Also, we did not talk about the name of the element and possible values, that is, if it needs to have values; hopefully, you have some ideas in mind :-).

Volker:

We may have to make changes to some of our transfer reports so that they will skip these set of trials. I will look at the reports that may be affected and create an issue for possible changes. However, it looks like the change will not affect the most important of the transfer reports - the “Transfer Ownership to Responsible Party” which will be needed to do the transfer in the PRS, right?
