We added a block of elements called Affiliations, which includes the wrapper Affiliation with the elements AffiliationName and AffiliationPlace inside. We also added an attribute to the Name called Usage, with the values BD and SR. We need to make changes to the CSS to display these new elements, and also show the attribute value in the Name element.
We would also like to have the entire block (Affiliation, AffiliationName, AffiliationPlace) appear in the CSS when you add an Affiliation from the elements list.

I've made changes to the following files to add these new
elements:
PDQBoardMemberInfo.css
PDQBoardMemberInfo_structure.css
PDQBoardMemberInfo.ctm
Did you really mean that you wanted to display the attribute for the
Affiliation element in the field for the AffiliationName?
For now I'm displaying the Usage attribute with it's element.
This is ready for review on MAHLER.

It looks fine. Is it possible to not show the empty parens for the attribute if no attribute is selected? Otherwise, ready to promote along with other issues.

I wasn't certain if the attribute had to be entered or not, so I
thought it could serve as a reminder to enter it.
I removed the empty parens now.
I also noticed that I am setting the Usage attribute by default to BD but now I'm thinking it should probably be empty, right?

Yes, it should be empty by default.

Looks good. Can be promoted when we promote everything else.

I moved the CSS to Franck to help Margaret do QC for another issue.

The following files have been copied to FRANCK and BACH:
PDQBoardMemberInfo.css - R9797
PDQBoardMemberInfo_structure.css - R9797
PDQBoardMemberInfo.ctm - R9798
Please verify on BACH and close this bug.

I looked at these on Bach and they look fine. I would like to wait until Bob runs the program to populate these elements on Bach before closing the issue.
