The title filter for the PDQ Board Members should be modified to include the 'Blocked' string for blocked records.
Example: Paul Bunn

I'm setting this task to 'Invalid' since we've said in our meeting on Thursday that we should delete the duplicate record.
Unless someone feels that we should still go ahead and make the modifications to the TitleFilter I would recommend to close this issue.

I have added the ID for the blocked record to the list I will send Bob to delete from the CDR by first removing the link to the person record.
I am preparing the list to be sent to Bob, right now. I am closing this issue.
