The Drug/Agent Report - All returns the following error when we try to access it.
CGI Error
The specified CGI application misbehaved by not returning a complete set
of HTTP headers.
The report can be found on the CDR Admin menu:

Report was timing out; improved script's efficiency to eliminate the problem, and rewrote it to use our own Excel writing package, which supports all of the Unicode characters in term names. Ready for user testing on all three servers.

Verified on all three servers. I was able to retrieve the reports without any problems. Closing issue. Thanks!
