Please modify the customization file for the Country document to make
the 'Land' attribute the default for the International Dialing Code element.

I have modified the following customization files:
Country.css - V1.5
Country.ctm - V1.3
Country.xml - V1.4
to add the default attribute 'Land' to the International Dialing Code element.

Please review on MAHLER.
