Please identify all InScopeProtocol and ScientificProtocolInfo documents that
have ProtocolDetail/StudyType = 'Research study'. Then generate a file
containing the HP QC reports for these documents, with each QC report starting
on a new page.

There exist (on Mahler)
InScopeProtocol 168
ScientificProtocolInfo 69
protocols with a StudyType = 'Research study'

Sheri, the HP QC reports are in HTML format and to my knowledge (I may be wrong)
it is not possible to specify page breaks in an HTML document. If I can not
find a way to create page breaks would you still want all QC reports in one
document or rather each report in a separate file?

Also, should I separate the InScopeProtocol reports from the
ScientificProtocolInfo reports or should these be mixed?

Volker, if we put all the of QC reports in one file, would they actually run
into each other in the sense that the contents for one CDR document would be
printed on the same page as another?

If you saved the documents in another format compatible to HTML, would it be
possible for them to be in one file? If so, let's do that and separate the
InScope from the ScientficProtocolInfo.

If neither of the above work, then a separate file for each is fine.

We are in luck. After a bit of research and testing I've been able to create
concatenated HTML QC reports that contain a page break between each individual
report.

I've copied the InScopeProtocol version to the CIPSFTP server under
/u/ftp/qa/ciat/ResearchStudies_InScopeProt.html (475 pages)

I am still working on the ScientificProtocolInfo reports.

Please review the report and let me know if you'd need any changes.

I've copied the ScientificProtocolInfo version to the CIPSFTP server under
/u/ftp/qa/ciat/ResearchStudies_SPI.html (292 pages)

Please review both reports. Once approved I will create these reports on BACH.

The reports have been verified. Please create them on Bach.
If possible, could we also get 2 lists of CDR ID's (one of InScope and one of
ScientificProtocolInfo) of the documents in Bach.

Do you need anything else with it (protocol id, etc.) or just a simple list of
CDR-ID to check? I'm assuming the list should have the IDs in the order that
the QC reports are printed.

Adding the Protocol ID along with the CDR ID is a good idea, but that is all
that we would need. A list in the order of the QC reports is fine, too. Thanks.

I have copied the program to FRANCK and BACH
ResearchStudies.py - V1.1

I am currently reindexing the protocol documents to add the new query_term
/InScopeProtocol/ProtocolDetail/StudyType

Once this is completed I will run the reports on BACH (tomorrow morning).

The reports have been copied to the CIPSFTP directory /u/ftp/qa/ciat and are named:
ResearchStudies_ISP.csv (InScopeProtocol - comma separated values)
ResearchStudies_ISP.html (InScopeProtocol - QC reports)
ResearchStudies_SPI.csv (ScientificProtocolInfo - comma separated values)
ResearchStudies_SPI.html (ScientificProtocolInfo - QC reports)

These files are also located on BACH in the directory
D:\cdr\tmp

Please verify the reports and close this bug.
