Description

Robin and Victoria demonstrated that they were not able to edit (add/remove) the list of files for a meeting on the calendar. Also, clicking on the files brings up an "Access Denied" error message.

I believe I have this working on https://ebms.rksystems.com. Please give it a try.

I am able to upload files one at a time (while staying in the open agenda, so I'm not saving and jumping back in each time). When I try to upload several at once, I usually get the attached error message for some files, although I have been able to upload more than one file at at time. Sometimes only one of several will upload, sometimes two of several, etc. If one won't upload as a group, it will upload by itself. I can't figure out a pattern to the files that won't upload. And PDFs and docx are working equally well or not.

I am able to delete files. And when I click the DOWNLOAD button, all of the files in the list (not just the ones that are linked to the agenda) are included in the download directory.

I'm creating a separate ticket for the "This value should be of the correct primitive type" errors. The problems we saw yesterday:

  • not all files showing up in the "meeting files" list

  • not all files showing up in the downloaded zip.file

  • download files button sometimes missing

were all caused by the failure of the software to make the files permanent (only the admin user can see temporary files, which explains why I was able to see the button and all the files, but other rĂ´les were not).

The random failures adding files to the set queued for saving is unrelated to that problem.
