Val's packets are not sorting correctly in alphabetical order. We noticed that the names of her summary topics were all in a old format (e.g., Prevention of Breast Cancer as opposed to Breast Cancer Prevention) so this may contribute to the problem. I renamed all of her topics to list the cancer name first, but I'm not sure if that helped at all. For example, Breast Cancer Prevention is still showing up at the top of her list of reviewed packets and about half way down when she sorts on the packet name.
Each of the other Boards' topics are sorting correctly.
Adding Val to this issue.
The Reviewed Packets list defaults to sorting by the "Updated" column - most recent updates first, with options to switch the sort to reviewer or packet name.
This behavior is happening when Val sorts on Packet name.
The first 23 of the packets on her "Reviewed Packets" page have a leading space in the packet name. All of these sort in front of everything else.
Here are the packets with leading spaces.
Per our conversation, please look into trimming the leading & trailing spaces to prevent this from happening in the future.
Looks like we're already doing that, as of last September. I created an SQL script to clean up the data and gave it to the DBA team.
Val removed the leading spaces from each of the packets listed in the attachment and that corrected the sorting problem.
My script fixed the other 44 with leading and/or trailing whitespace.
Fixed after all.
