Description

The monthly report "List of PDQ Content Distribution Partners" with the subject line "[PROD] PDQ Distribution Partner List" which ran on April 1st is listing incorrect counts and date.

The monthly report for active PDQ partners ran both, on PROD and on QA on April 1st.  Both of these reports ran at 6am and both should have about the same data.  This is true for the table rows listing each partner (plus/minus one or two) but not for the total count displayed at the top of the table.
The report on PROD lists 28 active partners and 10 test partners - twice the actual amount when counting the rows.  Also, the "Report date" on the PROD report is listed as 2025-03-29 while the correct date would be 2025-04-01.

Attaching a screenshot of the report from PROD and QA.

Have previous months' reports been generated correctly?

Yes, the reports for Jan, Feb, Mar were fine.

I was especially surprised seeing the date display wrong given that the job was run on Apr. 1st.

Fixed on DEV. The workaround is for the CDR scheduler to have been restarted since the previous run of the job. This happens automatically in the normal course of events, but I had run the report by hand myself when Robin reached out for a list of the partners.

Values stuck in class variables were being carried over into subsequent runs.
