Description

As a summary translator, I want to be able to add TranslationOf element to Miscellaneous documents so that it will be easy for me to refer to the English versions.

Scenario: CDR has the ability to add TranslationOf element to Miscellaneous Document Schema

Acceptance criteria:

Given: I am a CDR summary translator

  And I have permissions to create or edit miscellaneous documents

When I create or update a miscellaneous document

Then I want to be able to the TranslationOf element and link it to the English version of the document
