Once our documents have been published and pushed a notification is submitted reporting the number of pushed documents:
"Pushed 3 documents in 44.21 seconds"
When I was checking the PubStatus report for the push Job 20701, I realized that in addition to pushing these 3 documents - as reported - there were also 7 documents removed as duplicates.
I don't look at the PubStatus report when there were no documents pushed but it's possible that 0 documents are reported although many documents have been processed (removed).
I would like to include the number of removed documents in the email notification.
I've modified the following script to include the number of removed documents in the email notification:
cdrpub.py
I blocked a couple of Term documents and ran a nightly publishing job on QA. The resulting email notification included the notice of "2 documents removed" as expected.
I will close the ticket once a publishing job included a removed document and the modified message appears.
Today's hot-fix publishing job correctly reported removed documents.
Closing ticket.
