The PDQ partner QC report could use some beautification. There is a lot of blank space printed and the comments should probably be listed in chronological order.
Additionally, since we're using the Comment macro to insert new comments the date attribute isn't listed as part of the comment and should be added.
The PDQ Partner filter has been rewritten to eliminate the use of tables for formatting.
