Looking at the publishing stats report, it looks like GP Person records are still being published when they should not since we removed them from Cancer.gov. Not a big deal but a bit misleading on the publishing stats report.
I've updated the publishing document Primary.xml on DEV and successfully ran a publishing job. The GP documents aren't part of the Export job anymore.

This is ready for review on DEV.
The changes have been uploaded to github
Verified on DEV. Thanks!
I corrected the report name. Meanwhile the Publishing Job Statistics Report has "Person" as one of the options. Would you want to remove it from the list?
That report allows you to go back and get numbers for the past year, for instance. If there is no need/interest to ever go back it's possible to remove the Persons from that report. You probably would want to eliminate the Organziation and PoliticalSubUnit documents as well.
The change to that report, however, is release dependent.
Sure. We can just leave it as is.
I was able to run a full publishing job on DEV successfully. The GP directory has been eliminated and the old GP directories have been correctly removed from the SFTP server.
I will copy the changes to the other tiers tomorrow.
The following changes have been copied to PROD and all lower tiers:
Primary.xml
https://github.com/NCIOCPL/cdr-publishing/commit/a5ddc07
QcFilterSets.xml
https://github.com/NCIOCPL/cdr-publishing/commit/dc82f9f
Jira does weird things sometimes with the links!!!
I removed a test filter set from the QcFilterSets and copied it to PROD along with the publishing document. This QCFilterSets document is not used on PROD but needs to match the current version.
The publishing job completed on Friday and the GP documents aren't included anymore.
Please feel free to close this ticket if you confirm, ~oseipokuw.
Verified on PROD. Thanks!
