We are not able to play audio from the GTNs in PP. Nothing happens after clicking on the speaker icon. I have tried this in all the three major browsers without success. Meanwhile, we are able to play audio from Cancer.gov without any problems.

I'm assuming this is on PROD.

Yes, this is on PROD. We first noticed this on Friday but it may have started before then.
This is a front end queue ticket. I've created a FEQ ticket and linked these two.
It appears the WCMS ticket hasn't been addressed yet. I've added a comment to have it considered for one of the upcoming FEQ releases.
The WCMS ticket has been updated with the information that this fix is currently scheduled for the February FEQ release with a tentative 2/25 go live.
