The file sweeper isn't able to remove the file FtpAudio.log file due to permission denied errors.
We will likely need CBIIT to help us resolving this problem on PROD.
The problem is that the log file FtpAudio.log can't be truncated due to permissions error and since it cannot be truncated archiving of the truncated portion fails as well. As a result a new, empty archive file is getting created every time the filesweeper runs.
This is a problem CBIIT will need to solve. I've submitted a ticket for CBIIT to address the issue.
CBIIT adjusted the file permissions and I was able to run the FileSweeper job without error messages.
