Users have reported having problems with the the Genetics Services Directory application on Cancer.gov
https://www.cancer.gov/about-cancer/causes-prevention/genetics/directory/application-form\
There appears to be a problem with the validation form that prevents the user from submitting an application even when all required fields have been completed appropriately. The problem appears to be intermittent and it is happening specifically to items with check boxes and the problem appears to be happening to IE as I was able to successfully submit an application using Chrome. However, in IE, I got errors asking me to make selections that I had already made. I was able to submit an application eventually after trying many times. I have attached a screenshot of the error message.

This would be a ticket for the WCMS team.
You had reported this issue in the past, isn't that right? I've linked the related ticket.
That is right. It was a similar error. I never got feedback to say that it was fixed but we did receive any user complains until now. Thanks for linking the tickets.
Since I do not have access to the related ticket WCMSFEQ-827, I cannot comment on that ticket. I wanted to find out if something has been done about this bug.
No, nothing has been done on that ticket yet. That's on my plate and I've been busy with Hawking.
~oseipokuw, who is going to get the emails submitted through the form?
I've updated the form on BLUE (www-blue-dev.cancer.gov) and
simplified the validation. However, during testing I noticed I was able
to submit the form without entering a Name.
I will look at this problem some more but at least the form will allow
users to submit their information with the current change.
The form is sent to GeneticsDirectory@cancer.gov mailbox which has a rule to forward it to us at ncigeneticsdirectory@icfi.com
Are you getting messages from the Test/Dev servers as well? If so, could you please forward the messages to me?
Not yet. Is it possible that non PROD emails go to a test mailbox?
That's very likely. At least I won't have to worry about sending you guys a lot of spam. That's good to know, too, and I can go wild with testing.
The validation has been modified to be more consistent and check all mandatory elements.
This is ready for review on www-blue-dev.cancer.gov.
Verified on Blue. Thanks!
The changes have been moved to production. ~oseipokuw, please verify on Cancer.gov.
Please do not close this ticket yet since there is still an internal discussion regarding the storage of the source code.
~bkline, I have talked to Blair regarding the proper place of this code within Github. He wants to think about it before making a decision.
Sounds good!
In the meantime, I've created a local repository called perc-content.
The changes have been moved to production. Osei-Poku, William (NIH/NCI) [C], please verify on Cancer.gov.

Verified on PROD. Thanks!
