As part of the work on the Python CDR Server prototype, I came across a bug in the Licensee schema, which has "minoccurs" instead of "minOccurs" as the name of the constraint on the ContactDetail element. This can cause documents which should have been valid to be marked as invalid.
Fixed as part of Gauss.
