This report has run into a limitation of SQL server, which cannot handle more than 4,096 placeholder parameters in an IN clause (the error message incorrectly says "The number of elements in the select list exceeds the maximum allowed number of 4096 elements," which is incorrect since there are only eight elements in the query's select list). The report will have to be rewritten to apply the restriction to the known set of document IDs by hand instead of having the DBMS do it.
Fixed on DEV; ready for user testing.
Verified on DEV and on QA.
