Updated the DTDs

  • 13231: pdq.dtd

  • 13231: pdqCG.dtd

By extension, since OCECDR-3926 is now QA verified, this also confirms that the DTD changes have been made successfully.

I have confirmed that the DTD has been updated on PROD. There was a minor problem related to the new element SummaryEditorialBoard during the release. Since the Board element is mandatory in the schema I made the element mandatory as well not considering that we could run the release files and filters on a different side of the weekend.
The new element has been made optional and is now on PROD.

In the future, we want to ensure that

  • We also provide CBIIT with the file and the instructions on how to update the DTD on Gatekeeper and
    The file location is

    E:\Content\GateKeeper\dtd

    and the SVN location is

    https://ncisvn.nci.nih.gov/svn/oce_wcmteam/GateKeeper/branches/<cat-name>/App/Dtd

  • Provide CBIIT with the renamed file name.
    (Gatekeeper receives the file pdqCG.dtd from the CDR but this file must be renamed to pdq.dtd)

Since it's difficult for the users to actually test this I will go ahead and close this ticket.
