Description

Yesterday, I imported CDR761093, which was a duplicate of CDR50567. Usually, the CDR doesn't allow a duplicate PubMed citation to be imported; instead, a message appears saying that the citation was already imported and it gives the CDR ID. William mentioned that this bug may be caused by the spacing (i.e., if one or more spaces were included before or after the PMID on the import form).

Added code to fix user's Pubmed ID. Ready for testing on DEV.
