As a follow-up to OCECDR-3129 Lakshmi would like the Media schema to
be updated to add an attribute indicating internal/external use of the
media document.
We are already using the 'audience' as an attribute for the caption, so
I'm guessing we can't use this again.
Maybe we can add an attribute named 'Usage' or 'usage' to the Media or
PhysicalMedia element.
I will modify the publishing documents selecting the proper media documents for publishing using this new (optional) data element once it's in production.

Volker, are users supposed to set this attribute when they enter new media documents? Or will there be a default value that will be changed when necessary ?

As discussed in our meeting users will only need to set this attribute for documents that should not get published (i.e. board meeting audio files).
