Larry Wright has asked for a report to double check definitions for drug terms

For terms that have a semantic type of "Drug/Agent" that are not marked as obsolete and have a definition, please create a report as follows:

simple text file, tab delimited, with CDR ID, CDR Preferred Term, Definition, and NCIt Code.

We have ad-hoc report to identify those drug terms that have no definitions.

I replaced embedded newlines in the definitions with "\n" and I created multiple lines for terms which have more than one definition, repeating the NCIt code, CDR ID, and preferred name for each definition. I took the NCIt code from the first OtherName/SourceInformation/VocabularySource/SourceTermId element whose sibling SourceCode element had the value "NCI Thesaurus." I extracted the text content from the SourceTermId element (recursively) without XML markup tags.
