A user accidentally ran a print job for the Supportive Care Editorial Advisory Board on 1/14/2010. By doing this it created a record of all the summaries being printed and sent out on that day for the Advisory members. When we run the Summary Mailer History report it shows this information. Per discussions in the CDR meeting on 1/21/2010, you said it was possible to make changes to the scripts to delete this information (when another print job is run??).

Meanwhile, users said they are aware of the one item on the list that had a response and that it was a mistake which has been taken care of.

Job 6788 has been marked as 'Failure' (and the messages column was changed from 'Processed 44 mailers' to 'Processed 44 mailers (by mistake)'). After the next mailer job is run on Bach the mailer tracking documents created by this job will be cleared out and should no longer show up on the report.
